He has built a professional reputation for 35 years handling complex litigation, representing large local and national commercial landlords, and effectively representing clients in a variety of state and federal tribunals. He has a Martindale-Hubbell attorney rating of “AV”. David is a lifelong South Florida resident, has a B.S.B.A from Washington University in St. Louis, and a J.D. with honors from the University of Florida. He was a founding director of Community Bank of Broward.

  • DEBBY EISINGERproposed Director, has been a life-long public servant and community activist. She is a graduate from the University of Florida. Debby was first elected to public office in 2002 where she served as Cooper City Commissioner. In 2005 she was elected as Cooper City Mayor and re-elected in 2008. During her tenure as Mayor, Debby was elected as the President of the Broward League of Cities. She is also the recipient of numerous awards and accolades. Amongst her many honors, she was voted upon as the Best City Official by the readers of the Davie/Cooper City Gazette for 3 consecutive years. She was also the recipient of the Home Rule Hero Award by the Florida League of Cities for her efforts at protecting the rights of cities to govern themselves.

Ken is a South Florida native raised in Hollywood and Davie and currently residing in Fort Lauderdale.

After enlisting and serving in the U.S. Army, he started his own accounting practice in 1966, specializing in estate planning, public pension work, investment counseling and financial planning. He retired from the firm in 2016 as Partner Emeritus. Bernard’s extensive professional and civic commitments have included serving on committees that impact such diverse areas as higher education, children’s rights, pension funds, and the practice of law.

  • BENNETT DAVIDproposed Director, has been a prominent South Florida real estate broker since 1970. He has served as president of Sara David Realty Inc, a family-owned brokerage and property management firm, since 1982. Born in Fort Lauderdale and raised in Hollywood, Bennett is a lifelong South Florida resident and a graduate of Miami-Dade Community College and Florida Atlantic University.

After moving to Florida in 1985, he joined United National Bank where he spent 27 years at the forefront of ownership transitions that included sales to Mellon Bank, Bank of New York and Sabadell Bank of Spain. During his tenure, Mark sustained a steady course of leadership and professional growth, advancing from chief financial officer to chief operating officer and a 16-year stint as a member of the board of directors.

  • AVA L. PARKERproposed Director, is the president of Palm Beach State College – the first female president in the history of the institution. Under her leadership, PBSC has earned national distinction as an Aspen Prize Top 150 U.S. Community College. Ava’s accomplished career includes high-level roles in Florida’s education and legal systems and recognition from the South Florida Business Journal as a 2017 All Industries Power Leader. She is a life-long Florida resident with deep roots in South Florida.

  • ROSEMARY VAN WIZENBURGproposed Director, is the founder of a successful real estate title insurance company that she’s operated as a hands-on principal for 25 years. Before leaving her native Chicago for South Florida, Rosemary was a recognized Dressage Judge with the American Horse Association, ran the premier Dressage Centre facility with over 30 boarded horses, and personally had two dressage horses on the equestrian sport’s National Circuit.
